1. Who we are

2. What we collect
Booking form: your name, email, phone number, country and city, the system, finish, quantity, project type, timeline and dimensions you choose, your preferred contact method, any message you write, and any plan or reference photo you upload.
Contact form: your name, email, subject and message.
Technical data: when you submit a form we also store your IP address and browser details (user agent) to prevent spam and abuse. Our server logs record the pages requested.
WhatsApp and email: if you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive the details you send, such as your phone number and messages.
3. How we use it
We use your data to reply to your request, prepare drawings and quotations, arrange production and delivery, keep records of our work, and protect the site against spam. We do not use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry.
4. Legal basis
We process your data because you asked us to (to answer your enquiry and take steps towards a contract), because you gave consent through the consent box on the booking form, and because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
5. Who sees it
Your data is stored in a database on our web server. Uploaded plans are kept in a protected folder and are only available to our team through a password-protected admin area. We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and contact you, such as our web host and email provider, and when the law requires it. Because we manufacture in China and ship worldwide, our team and production staff may access your project details from China.
6. Cookies, analytics and embeds
The site sets one session cookie when you open a form. It protects the form against forged requests, holds no personal data and is removed when you close your browser. If we turn on analytics or advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or the Meta Pixel, they may set cookies and collect usage data, and this policy will be updated. Our map and company film are loaded from Google Maps and YouTube only when you click to show them; those services then process your data under their own policies.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting project, and afterwards for as long as we need records for legal, tax or warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete it earlier.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email jackwang@vigormfg.com. If you are unhappy with our reply, you may also contact your local data protection authority.
9. Security
We use access controls, hashed admin passwords, form protection against forged requests and protected storage folders. No online system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information that we do not need.
10. Children
Our site is for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
