1. About these terms

By using vigormfg.com you agree to these terms. The site is run by Foshan Vigor Aluminum Co., Ltd. ("Vigor Mfg", "we"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Information on the site

We take care to keep the site accurate, but product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, finishes and photographs are for general information. Colours on screen can differ from the real finish, so please request samples before you decide. Details may change without notice.

3. Enquiries, bookings and quotations

Sending a booking or contact form is a request for information and a quotation, not an order. A sale only exists once we send a written quotation or contract and you accept it in writing. That document sets out the price, specification, payment terms, delivery terms and warranty, and it takes priority over anything on this site.

4. Your submissions

You confirm that the information you send us is accurate and that you have the right to send any plans, drawings or photos you upload. We use them only to answer your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not upload anything unlawful or harmful.

5. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, designs, logos, product names and drawings on this site belong to Foshan Vigor Aluminum Co., Ltd. or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, republish or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break into it, overload it, scrape it at scale, send spam through its forms or interfere with other users.
